Frightmaze Production haunted attractions contain special effects, fog machines, dark places, disorientating lighting, loud noises, gruesome makeup, unpleasant smells and disturbing images attraction is designed to scare, frighten, shock, startle, cause excessive perspiration, nervousness and panic.  Frightmaze Productions Haunted Attractions entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury.

 

Risks may include, but not limited to, being touched, slips, falls collisions with fixed objects or other participants, bruises, twists, sprains, breaks, seizures and / or death.  Understand that such risks simply cannot by eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the attraction.  Your participation is purely voluntary and you participate in spite of these risks.  Patrons are advised to make intelligent decisions regarding attendance for themselves and their families, however if you are pregnant, suffer from back or neck problems, heart conditions or seizure disorder, extra consideration is advised.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged you may be found by a court of law to have waived your right to maintain a lawsuit against Frightmaze Productions, its owners, or its sponsors.  It is recommended that children under 13 be accompanied by an adult when entering the attraction.
